    Tim did an excellent job of laying out the arguments and the history of the case for the Court. He was animated, interesting, and compelling. He showed mastery of his use of the well (speaker’s podium) and the Courtroom. His vocal ranges, changes in inflection, and changes of pace of speech, complete with pauses made him easy to listen to and stay engaged throughout the argument. I also noted that Tim used his reading glasses as an effective tool and not a distracting item, and his gestures were also natural and attention grabbing.

    He also showed a very good command of easy to follow explanations of technical probate issues, and he spoke using good language choices, examples, and effective reasons why what he was saying simply made sense.
