Saia and W. Allen Adams Jr. the ramifications of an affair between a judge and a public defender assigned to his court. The recording was obtained from Ballard and a brief section in which the participants discuss and then dismiss rumors about an affair between Judge Paschal English and another court employee have been redacted.
