Who should be the next justice?

Gov. Sonny Perdue will soon get to fill a seat on the Supreme Court of Georgia being vacated by Chief Justice Leah Ward Sears, who is retiring.

The following list of nominees has been submitted to the governor’s Judicial Nominating Commission, which will recommend up to five names for his consideration. If you were the governor, who would you choose?
